Gorgeous hotel with perfect location in Centro Histórico. The staff was welcoming and absolutely wonderful. Room was quiet and clean. We enjoyed borrowing vinyl records from the library to listen to in the evenings. Room service was delicious. It was the perfect birthday vacation. I hope to return soon.

Absolutely stunning! This was my second stay at this beautiful hotel, and it just keeps getting better. The architecture exudes peace and tranquility, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Throughout the hotel, cleanliness and coziness are top priorities. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and incredibly helpful. And let’s talk about the food - indescribably delicious! Dining at their restaurant was a highlight, with dishes that tantalized the taste buds. Plus, the view from my room was breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the city. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning for another unforgettable experience.

Stayed here for two nights with my gf. The hotel grounds great and rooms were spacious! Friendly doormen were also always present. The location was good as you are near many of the historical sights. It does close down in the evening, almost eerie, but during the day, it is very lively.

Phenomenal stay! The staff are warm and attentive and the hotel is simply stunning! The rooms are beautiful and minimalist- loved the vinyl turntable (and the vinyl library / snug and small cinema in the mezzanine). The roof top area is amazing - bar and restaurant and pool. The service is some of the best I’ve ever had - our glasses never went empty before we were asked if we would like another. The food was incredible - we had dinner which was delicious and the breakfast was light and fresh. We’ll definitely be back!!

Overall stay was good. The hotel part itself was very nice and clean rooms attentive people. We as a team also enjoyed the restaurants upstairs. Food quality was okay but was was really disappointing and that’s the reason why only 3 points …

First time staying at this hotel. Very impressed. The hotel is located in an old property in the historical center of Mexico City. The building is beautifully maintained. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Comfortable bed. Rooftop is also beautifully decorated with a good restaurant. Even has a small gym. The staff was excellent. Even got early check-in. Would definitely recommend to somebody who wants an older yet modern feel of Mexico City. Overall, had a great experience. Will definitely come back.

I recently stayed in this hotel, housed in a gorgeously refurbished old building. The rooms have a cozy touch, and there's a nice rooftop pool but it's pretty small and not much private space but lucky for me it was always empty. The ambiance overall is a highlight. Sadly, the service was a letdown. From the moment I checked in to interactions at the pool and dining areas, the staff seemed more engrossed in their own conversations and phones rather than assisting guests. Bad enough that you need to literally go looking for someone to help, not even a hello when you walk into the restaurant. Even after sharing my concerns with management, not much changed. I decided to skip their breakfast and ate elsewhere. Bottom line: If you're after a comfortable room and can snag a deal, go for it. If service is a priority, look elsewhere. Location is good as you're near a few good shopping streets and local centre, but there are nicer areas to stay.
